My order has been placed, where can I find my tracking number?

You should receive your tracking number via email once the label for your package is created.

I would like my order to be shipped out the same day my order is placed, what time do I need to place my order by so it ships same day?

We offer SAME DAY SHIPPING  if you place your order Monday-Friday by 2pm and Friday by 9am. If you miss this cut off time, you will have 2 options: Your order will ship the next business day OR you could choose SAME DAY SHIPPING-EXTENDED TIME 

SAME DAY SHIPPING- EXTENDED TIME- this option is for anyone looking for last minute shipping, still trying to get the package to go out same day.  You will need to pay for a UPS shipping option. UPS orders received after cutoff time between 2pm-4pm EST Monday through Friday will ship same day.


*Orders received after cutoff times, on Sundays and holidays will ship on the following business day.

I received my tracking number, but it is not showing any updates, what does this mean?

Our system will generate an email with tracking number as soon as a label is created. Packages are dropped off to the carrier twice a day Monday-Friday and once on Saturday. Sometimes scans are not updated until later in the evening, or the following day. You may not see an update for orders placed on Saturday 9am EST since this is the cut off for the weekend, and these orders should show tracking updates by Monday. In the event that you are concerned your tracking information has not been updated, please reach out to us at support@zuluvape.com.

I received the wrong item, or my item is damaged, what should I do?

In the event you receive a wrong item, or item is damaged, please email an image of your item with the packing slip to support@zuluvape.com.

Is discreet packaging offered?

Yes, all packaging is discreet. There are no logos or product information on delivery packages.

What shipping carrier is used for free shipping delivery?

Free shipping is sent via USPS first class mail, and should arrive within 3-5 business days. On larger orders, UPS Ground or Priority mail may be used.

Is overnight shipping option available? 

Yes, UPS shipping is used for overnight delivery orders. All orders placed before 4pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out same day. Orders placed on Friday for overnight shipping will be delivered by Monday. 

*UPS does offer Saturday delivery in certain areas. If you would like a Saturday delivery, the charge is typically around $50. If you are interested in Saturday delivery, please send a text message to 843-222-4252 before you place your order to ensure delivery to your area.

Why do we offer such low rates for UPS shipping?

Due to large volume of shipping, we are able to get negotiated rates and pass on shipping discounts to our customers. Most companies will still charge their customers full price for shipping costs and pocket the remainder after discount. At Zuluvape, we take pride in offering our customers the best possible shipping rates.

What is the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver?

UPS Next Day Air shipping is guaranteed overnight delivery for day-definite shipments. This option serves more ZIP codes and more businesses, arriving by 12:00pm. This is ideal for shipments that must arrive the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver ensures delivery by the end of the day.

All orders must be placed by 4pm EST Monday-Friday to ensure next day delivery (orders placed on Friday before 4pm will arrive Monday).

I have missed the 4pm EST cutoff for UPS Next Day or Second Day delivery, can you make any exceptions to the cutoff time?

Yes. We will gladly accommodate as best as we can. If you have missed the 4pm EST cutoff time for UPS next day or second day delivery, please send a text message to (843)222-4252 prior to placing the order and we will do our best to get your package to a drop-off location the same day.

My order status is showing 'delivered' on tracking, however I did not receive my item. Will you send me a replacement for any lost or stolen items?

 We email the tracking number to your email listed when you place an order, so be sure to track your package so you can be available when your package is scheduled to arrive.***ONCE AN ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED (TRACKING), WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER***  Please be sure to check your mailbox, front door, or check with neighbors to see if your package was placed at their box or doorstep accidentally.
