Priority Mail: Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.

You can use this map to estimate your Priority Mail delivery timeframe.

Priority Mail Express: Priority Mail Express® comes with overnight to 2-day delivery service (depending on your location in relation to our warehouse) and tracking.

 

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP VIA UPS.

 

*Orders received after cutoff times, on Sundays and holidays will ship on the following business day.

Returns

We strive to sell the best products from the best manufacturers. Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis.  Return shipping is at customer's expense unless a defective product.  

All sales are final. No refunds.

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong a product that does not match what you've ordered, please contact us.

Warranty

Most products are warrantied for 7 days beginning the day item was marked delivered. Products are not warrantied against misuse or damage, regardless if damage was accidental or not.  If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number for assistance.    

If you have issues with your purchase after any applicable warranty period, please contact us or send us an email and we will do our best to assist you.
